Eligibility
Top 5 The JGS Central 2024 OOM not allowed to register (in case of entry with ineligibility, no awards or points will be given)
Top 3 The JGS Central 2025 OOM not allowed to register (in case of entry with ineligibility, no awards or points will be given)
Members are prioritized (first come, first serve).
No OOM Points will be awared to Non-Members

Fields
Maximum of 80 Players
1. The JGS First Stage Tour Reseve the Right to cancel the tournamnet if there are less than 40 players in that particular event
2. The minimum of player in each class is = 1 (meaning if only 1 player registered for that class but toal players are more than 40 we will still host the tournament for that class)
Rules & Conditions
All 11 point-collecting tournaments are stroke play gross score, 18 Holes. All participants will earn points towards the Order of Merit. Please refer to the "Reward" page.
All 11 tournaments for First Stage Tour: 1 chaperone is allow to ride on the same cart with the player (all participants need to buy caddie and cart coupon at proshop before report to the tee off)
Chaperone to remain on golf cart from Tee to Green
The age category are calculate on the date of the tournament. Players can ask to be put on the older age category if they choose to. However, he/she will not be able to move back to original age category.
If the player has to move up the age category during the season, only 80% of their points will be transferd to the next category. If the points are higher than 1st ranked player, it will automatically adjusted to match the 1st ranked player.
Tie for 1st place will always be deicded by Sudden Death Play-Off. Only if there are inlement weather, darkness, or other reason that prevent our ref to conduct the play-off. Winner will be decided by score card countback as followed: (6)
Tie for 2-5 will be decided by score card countback
Total score of last 9 holes (hole 10-18)
If still tie, use total score of last 6 holes (hole 13-18)
If still tie, use total score of last 3 holes (hole 16-18)
If still a tie, we will use hole-by-hole coutback start from 18th to 1st hole untill we find the winner
If there still a tie after hole-by-hole coutback, shared-winners will be declared.
If there are any reasons that prevent players to finish the round (18 holes). We will proceed to count the scores as below mentioned:
Use total scores of 15 holes
If any player in particular class cannot finish 15 holes, use total score of 12 holes
If any player in particular class cannot finish 12 holes, use total score of 9 holes
If any player in particular class cannot finish 9 holes, use total score of 6 holes
If any player in particular class cannot finish 6 holes, the result of that class will be cancelled.
One ball rule is in effect for First Stage Tour (A & B Class only)
The club and quipments that use for the tournament must be on USGA List of Conforming Driver Head (only for A & B)
Distance measuring devices are permitted (without slope) Including App on the smart phone, smart watch, and etc. Please ask the organizing committee if you have any question regarding distance mearing device before start of the tournament.
Personal/Private Caddie is allowed (club caddie to be used for course maintenance, and caddie coupon and tips are required)
Double Par Rule is in effect for ALL class
Please report to your starting hole at least 10 minutes before your starting time. If you are late but within 5 minutes of your t-time there will be 2 strokes penalty.
If you are late more than 5 minutes, please proceed to join your group on next tee off. Your scores will be counted as DPQ on each hole you did not play
FSTDQP, Disqualificfation Policy: in the case a player incurs a breach of the Rules of Golf that would result in disqualification, the player will receive the score of 10 on any hole where the breach occurs. In situations where the round or hole has been completed, the Rules Committee will determine where to apply the score of 10 penalty.

1. Lowest scoring average will be awarded OOM
2. With the same scoring average, players who participate more will be awarded OOM
3. Wth the same scoring average and number of participation, there will be 18 holes play-off to decide the OOM winner
*If both parties refuse to participate in 18 holes play-off, OOM winner will be decided on total score of their last tournament
